About TEDxLibrariansTO
TEDxLibrariansTO is the first TEDx event organized specifically for librarians and information professionals. It will be a one day event that will feature live speakers, selected TED Talks, and plenty of opportunities for discussion. At our TEDx event we aim to inspire productive engagement among a small group of passionate and creative individuals within our profession and beyond.
The theme of the event is Librarians as Thought Leaders.

Tickets are now available. Registration in advance is required as no tickets will be available at the event location.
Date and Location
TEDx LibrariansTO is taking place June 25 (Saturday), 2011 at the Sandford Fleming Building, University of Toronto, 10 Kings College Road, Toronto in the Blue Room (SF 1105). Registration begins at 8:00am and the event concludes at 4:30pm. A preliminary schedule for the day is now available. Please enter the building from the King’s College Road. The event will be followed by an informal celebration from 5:00pm till late at a location to be revealed on the day.
